An evacuation was announced in Nova Kakhovka, the occupying “authorities” urgently leave away from the Dnieper

The occupying "authorities" of Novaya Kakhovka announced their evacuation away from the Dnieper - to a safer place. The Russian-appointed "head" of the region, Pavel Filipchuk, announced that a 15-kilometer zone on the left bank of the Dnieper is subject to mandatory evacuation. According to him, the so-called administration is “the number one target for UAF terrorist attacks.”

The population of Novaya Kakhovka will be taken out to Tuapse, Krasnodar region. There they are promised the opportunity to receive a housing certificate, 100 thousand rubles, housing and food. Those who remain in the new Kakhovka will experience difficulties with payments, pensions and benefits, as all local "authorities" are leaving, Filipchuk says.

“The territory of the district, which is subject to mandatory evacuation, is the territory of possible hostilities, where now every day there is an increasing presence of the military,” Filipchuk said in a statement. - This is natural, it attracts the attention of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Certain military structures and fortifications are being built on this territory. In the event of your conscious choice to remain in an unsafe zone where hostilities are possible, you are fully responsible for your life.

Near Nova Kakhovka is the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station and a dam, which is also a bridge across the Dnieper. On November 12, Russian troops blew up the road on the dam, thus destroying the communication between the left and right banks of the Dnieper. In the event of the destruction of the dam, it will flood the nearest settlements, and the North Crimean Canal will become empty, depriving Crimea of water supply. Recall that water was released into the canal a few days after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
