- Founder of the "Committee against Torture" Igor Kalyapin;

- journalist Nikolai Svanidze;

- journalist Ekaterina Vinokurova;

- an employee of Moscow State University Ivan Zasursky;

- the head of the SOVA center Alexander Verkhovsky and others.

An exception has occurred on the background publications of the personal archive of the head of the HRC Valery Fadeev: in the published records, he actively supports the war.
