The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said that the 300 billion euros blocked in Europe by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and 19 billion euros by Russian oligarchs will be used to support Ukraine.

Also, according to von der Leyen, the European Commission will create a court under the auspices of the UN to investigate war crimes during Russia's aggression against Ukraine.

At the same time, a fragment of a video was removed from von der Leyen's Twitter, in which Ukraine's losses in the war were estimated at 100,000 people.
