The court sentenced the owner of Summa, Ziyavudin Magomedov, to 19 years in a strict regime colony, his brother, ex-senator Magomed Magomedov, has not yet been sentenced.

The defendants are accused of organizing a criminal community, especially large-scale embezzlement of 11 billion rubles and embezzlement. In total, more than 9 billion rubles in claims have been filed in the case (3.6 billion have already been satisfied, 5.8 billion will be considered later).

The state prosecutor asked to sentence Ziyavudin Magomedov to 24 years, Magomed Magomedov to 21 years.
