President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky enforced the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on sanctions against the UOC-MP (the structure of the ROC in Ukraine)
It assumes that within a two-month period, a bill will be submitted to the Rada to ban the activities of religious organizations associated with Russia in the country.
In addition, the right of the UOC-MP to use the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra will be revised.
In fact, the UOC-MP is proposed to gain independence from the ROC or close.
