The head of the administration of the Lomonosovsky district of Moscow, Ksenia Kravtsova, demanded that the employees of the State Budgetary Institution "Zhilischnik" should deliver summonses for the autumn conscription at night and not come "with zero reporting." A recording of her conversation with subordinates is at the disposal of The Insider, the meeting at which she was made took place on November 1.
“Colleagues, delivery of subpoenas, zero indicators – you may not even come back. Although you walk all night, I didn’t observe zero indicators in any area in a day. Given the weather conditions there, not the weather. You have women working with the population who can do this without compromising the cleaning of the territory or cleaning the roof … Today we go from 7 pm, and I repeat, until you hand over the summons, you can not return to your home, ”said Kravtsova.
According to the record submitted to the editor, janitors in the Lomonosovsky district can distribute 206 summonses per day in four sections.
The editors have at their disposal another entry made on November 25, in which the head of the council says that it is necessary to distribute summonses as actively as during mobilization, and literally shouts at his employees.
“I think, on the weekends, maybe give a break, but we constantly go to these addresses,” one of the Zhilishchnik employees says on the recording, explaining that they failed to deliver the summons again. “When you become the head of the council, then I will let you think,” Kravtsova answers him.
On October 28, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported to Putin that the “partial” mobilization activities had been completed. A decree on its completion was not issued at the same time. When asked if the Ministry of Defense could send new mobilization tasks to the regions, that is, to resume the call for mobilization, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov replied: “In this case, there was a statement by the Minister of Defense, we need to focus on it.”
