In the Leningrad region, in the village of Russko-Vysotskoye, the security forces came with a search to the activist Dmitry Skurikhin, who is under a ban on certain actions in the case of the repeated discrediting of the army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code). This is reported by "OVD Info" with reference to his daughter.
During the search, in addition to Skurikhin, his wife and four daughters were in the apartment. They were allowed to leave the apartment, but Skurikhin remained. The phones of the whole family were taken away. The search order was dated November 11, but it is not known for what particular case the search is being carried out.
In September, Skurikhin wrote on the facade of his store in the village of Russko-Vysotskoye: "Go to hell with your grave." On September 23, he was searched, after which he was charged with "discrediting the army." "Network Freedoms" reported that the search was carried out without judicial authorization, during which money and bank cards were confiscated from Skurikhin.
On September 25, the court appointed Skurikhin a ban on certain actions and forbade him to contact witnesses in the case, use means of communication and mail.
In 2014, after the annexation of Crimea, Skurikhin made an inscription on the facade of the store: “Peace to Ukraine. Freedom of Russia”, In April of this year, he found an ad on the wall of the store, where he was called a Nazi, and local residents were urged to “not sponsor” him. At the end of the announcement it was written: “Traitor, we are waiting near. All traitors to the motherland will be punished” (spelling and punctuation preserved). A pile of manure was dumped under the door of the store.
Skurikhin, in response to this, wrote on Facebook, “that good deeds are not done under the cover of night, in masks and giving a fight. And Nazism, kids, is not the names of the bombed-out Ukrainian cities on the wall of my store, but these cities themselves and their unfortunate inhabitants, whom Putinism doomed to such a Trouble.
In the summer of 2021, Skurikhin was fined 15 thousand rubles for “carrying out activities in Russia of an undesirable organization.” The reason for this was the video "Vkontakte", where Skurikhin speaks on behalf of the "undesirable" "Open Russia". Skurikhin came to court in a jacket with the inscriptions "I do not recognize Putin as president" and "Putin is under the tribunal."
