Seven people were killed and 58 injured in Russian shelling of Kherson

The Russian military shelled the center of Kherson. As a result, seven people died. 58 were injured, 18 of them are in serious condition. This was announced by the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko.

At the time of the news release (15:38 Moscow time), shelling continued in Kherson. Tymoshenko said that damaged, including residential buildings, office buildings and transport. Further in the gallery are photographs of the bodies of the dead.

Volodymyr Zelensky commented on the Russian shelling: “Social networks are likely to mark these photos as ‘sensitive content’. But this is not sensitive content - this is the real life of Ukraine and Ukrainians. The terrorist country continues to carry the Russian world in the form of shelling of the civilian population. Kherson. Morning, Saturday, Christmas Eve, in the central part of the city. These are not military installations, this is not a war by the rules. This is terror, this is murder for the sake of intimidation and pleasure. The world must see and understand what absolute evil we are fighting against.”
