A resident of Yekaterinburg received a summons issued for her son, Sergey Chernoskutov, who was born in 2006. A 16-year-old guy must appear at the military commissariat of the Chkalovsky district of the city on January 26, 2023. But there is a caveat - the boy died 14 years ago at the age of 2.5 years from dropsy of the brain.
According to the Yekaterinburg site E1.ru, the summons was not handed over against signature, but simply thrown into the mailbox. The boy's mother, Anastasia, said that her son was born prematurely, in addition to hydrocephalus, he suffered from cerebral palsy.
The military enlistment office told Anastasia that the information comes from the passport offices, but the information was transferred there after the death of the boy.
