In Kolomna, Moscow region, near the gas compressor station of Gazprom, a drone fell. This is reported by the Telegram channels Shot and Baza . The Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov confirmed the information about the fall of a drone near Kolomna. According to him, this happened near the village of Gubastovo, the target was a civilian infrastructure facility.

According to Shot, which published the first photo from the crash site, it was a UJ-22 Airborne strike UAV manufactured by Ukrjet. The source of the channel said that the drone lost altitude, caught on trees and damaged the wing. The maximum flight range of such a drone is 800 kilometers, the speed is about 130-140 km/h. The distance from Gubastovo to Red Square, according to Google Maps, is about 100 kilometers. Therefore, the UAV could have flown from this point to the Kremlin, if it had not fallen, in about 43 minutes.

Gazprom confirmed to Ura.ru the fall of a drone near the company’s facility and added that the issue was under the jurisdiction of the FSB.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that on February 28, Ukrainian drones tried to attack civilian infrastructure in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea. According to the agency, both drones lost control, one fell into a field, the other damaged an infrastructure facility. Before that, the media and Telegram channels reported that a fire had occurred at the Rosneft oil plant in Tuapse, and a video was published on the network. Baza wrote about the attack of two UAVs with explosives.
