On February 28, he shot 30-year-old Ivan A., mobilized from the same military unit, in the head with a Kalashnikov, the man died on the spot. The shooter was detained.
The reasons for the incident are being established. According to preliminary data of the investigation, it was "careless handling of weapons."
In the Kursk region bordering Ukraine, incidents involving the military and mobilized have already been recorded.
