The person involved in the “Tyumen case” Kirill Brik has ceased to be registered in the SIZO-1 of Tyumen. Relatives did not receive notifications of his transfer

Anti-fascist Kirill Brik has ceased to be registered in the Tyumen SIZO-1, according to a support group for the defendants in the Tyumen case. He has been there since September 2022 on charges of making an improvised explosive (Part 2 of Article 223.1 of the Criminal Code).

The support group reported that Brick did not receive the last letters sent to him. At the same time, his relatives did not receive notifications that the anti-fascist had left the pre-trial detention center. The support group suggests that Brik was transferred to SIZO-2 in Zavodukovsk, but there is no confirmation of this yet. Activists ask to send letters to Brik to help in his search: 627145, Tyumen region, Zavodoukovsk, Brat'ev Perevozkinykh street, 29g, SIZO-2, Brik Kirill Alekseevich, born in 1998. Sending through the services "FSIN-letter", "Zonatelecom" and "RosUznik" is possible.

“It is obvious to the support team that the investigation is “hiding” Kirill from our letters and complaints regarding their (not) receipt. We sound the alarm! Perhaps right now Cyril is in danger. It is likely that at the moment he is under pressure from the prosecution and he is persuaded to sign a pre-trial agreement, ”the support group said in a statement.

Previously, Brik refused the services of a lawyer, Yevgeny Girv. The support group that provided it attributes this to the pressure exerted on the anti-fascist. He can be persuaded to sign a pre-trial agreement with the investigation and, based on his verdict, to convict the rest of the defendants in the case, activists say.

Brik and Deniz Aidyn are accused of having allegedly made an explosive at home, after which they came to the Tyumen CHPP-2, where they were looking for "a suitable site for the explosion in forest plantations." There they were detained. In November , Brik revealed that he had been tortured at the police station.
