President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky approved the decision of the National Security and Defense Council to impose new sanctions against Russia. The restrictions apply to the Russian operator of state lotteries Sportloto and a number of bookmakers.
In addition to Sportloto, the sanctions will apply to the First International Bookmaker Company, Bet.Ru, CreditService, Sportbet, Betsity and Matchbet.
In total, 287 legal entities and 120 individuals are included in the sanctions list. Individuals include businessmen from Russia, Armenia, Great Britain, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Poland and Turkey.
Sanctions are imposed for a period of 50 years.
