Baza sources claim that the car has not yet been removed from the orientations, police in some regions continue to respond to similar cars. At the same time, it was reported in the orientation that armed people could be in the car. The police were also warned that "saboteurs" could plan to commit serious crimes in the Belgorod region.

On March 2, all pro-Kremlin media reported an incident with the penetration of "saboteurs" into the territory of the Bryansk region, Putin called the incident a terrorist attack. Later, the Russian Volunteer Corps claimed responsibility for the attack in the Bryansk region, saying that the information of the pro-Kremlin media about the taking of hostages was a lie. The participants also said that they wanted to show their compatriots how "free Russian people with weapons in their hands can fight the regime."
