In Moscow, St. Petersburg, the concerts of the DDT group, which were supposed to take place in May and June, were canceled. According to the musicians' website, this was done "for reasons beyond the control of the band and the organizers." It also follows from the message that the concerts scheduled for February in Chelyabinsk, Magnitogorsk and Orenburg were also canceled.

“The DDT group sincerely thanks tens of thousands of our fans who have bought tickets in many cities of Russia and are patiently waiting for our performances. Thank you, we understand and appreciate it! <…> Good luck and peace to all!” the group said in a statement.

In the same month, it became known that the DDT concert was also canceled in Rostov-on-Don. In August, group leader Yuri Shevchuk was fined 50,000 rubles under an administrative article about “discrediting” the Russian army. It was found in the musician's speech, which he delivered at a concert in Ufa. In particular, Shevchuk said that "Motherland, friends, is not the president's ass, which must be procrastinated and kissed all the time."
