The “veterans” include people who fought on the side of the “DNR” and “LNR” since 2014. The fund, as follows from the document, will be financed from the federal budget, voluntary donations and "other sources."
In January, the Project published an investigation, from which it followed that Anna Tsivileva's maiden name was Putin and she was the daughter of Vladimir Putin's cousin. As follows from the official biography of this woman, she was born in 1972 in Ivanovo, a psychiatrist by training.
