Armenia released a Russian detained at the request of Russia. In Russia, he is accused of desertion

The Russian, who was detained in Yerevan at the request of Russia, was released. This is stated in the response of the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia to Armenia Today.

23-year-old Yury T. was detained on 8 April. The Russian authorities put him on the wanted list on charges of desertion.

The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia stated that the issue of extradition of the Russian to Moscow is not being considered.

“The issue of extradition of a citizen of the Russian Federation can be considered upon receipt of a request for his extradition and if there are sufficient grounds that apply in extradition, in accordance with international treaties,” the agency said in response to a request from Armenia Today agency.

"Mediazona" writes that in the search database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia there is information about Yuri Trostyansky, born in 1999. A native of the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov Region, was put on the wanted list under the article of the Criminal Code in Naro-Fominsk, Moscow Region.
