The news program of the First Channel aired a story entitled “Europe has already begun to openly ridicule the President of Ukraine.” It says :
“Zelensky travels around the countries, begging for weapons and all kinds of help. “Zelensky's circus tour”, as the French TV channel RTL called his last voyage to Berlin, London, Rome and Paris. The presenter said so on the air: the Ukrainian president was in the Elysee Palace with his big top. On the air, this news was beaten accordingly: in the spirit of the announcement of a circus performance.
– As we remember, it was on all TV channels, on May 15, President Zelensky visited the Elysee Palace with his big top. And right now, free advertising of his European tour to help Ukraine.
– Ladies and Gentlemen! Meet the tour of the Zelensky circus throughout Europe! Equilibrists from America! Macron juggles pots! The Zelensky Big Circus is on tour, ladies and gentlemen!
In Kyiv, of course, there is scandal and indignation. The Ukrainian ambassador to France demanded an apology. Well, what really? Interest in the events in Ukraine in the West is falling catastrophically, while the dissatisfaction of Europeans is growing, forced to pay for Zelensky's ambitions out of their own pockets. This is how the official representative of our Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commented on what is happening. She noted that this is why the former comedian is now being taken on tour in different countries in order to somehow reanimate attention and arouse sympathy.
On the air of RTL (by the way, not a TV channel, but a radio station), the words about the “Zelensky circus” were indeed heard. But Channel One did not say in which program. It was on the daily morning show of the popular comedian Laurent Gerra, who during his long career managed to parody almost all French politicians and many foreign ones, regardless of their positions and views. He laughs at everyone without exception.
Inherited from Zherra and Vladimir Putin; on the May 1, 2023 episode, his regular co-host named Jad spoke to the comedian in the guise of a Russian leader:
“While the Ukrainian conflict drags on, Vladimir Putin again threatens a third world war to gain satisfaction. He is with us to talk about it.
— Hello, Mr Putin.
– Hello.
Do you really want to start a third world war?
— Ha-ha-ha. Frightened. You are afraid that I will lose my temper.
“We could threaten you too, but that would only make things worse.
— Who, President Macron will threaten me? When I came to the Kremlin, I killed all my opponents, and when he is re-elected, he dances on the Field of Mars to f*cking music. Scary, very scary.
“If I understand correctly, will you continue to use the fear strategy?”
— Ha-ha-ha. If Macron threatens me, I will send a rocket to your nuclear power plant and you will become radioactive, with a third hand on your back and a penis instead of a nose.”
But for some reason, Channel One did not talk about this episode.
