22-year-old Ivan Dubenko and 20-year-old Yevgeny Komarov are unfit for service for health reasons. Dubenko has a spinal disease, Komarov has asthma and a depressive disorder.
In the military registration and enlistment office, according to relatives, Dubenko was pressed and beaten on the back with the words: “Now we will cure your osteochondrosis,” and also “they took him by the Adam's apple and strangled him.”
After a formal recruitment commission, they were brought to a collection point on Ugreshskaya Street, where they are now. The military forced Dubenko to sign a military ticket, threatening to rape him with a stick.
Dubenko said that with him, another conscript at the assembly point tried to commit suicide with an electric current.
