On the eve of Russia struck at the Dnepropetrovsk region, as a result, the house was destroyed, on the morning of June 4, the body of a two-year-old girl was pulled out from under the rubble. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration (OVA) Serhiy Lysak.
He specified that the number of victims of the missile attack on the Podgorodny community had increased to 22 people, five of them were children.

According to Lysak, the rocket hit between two two-story houses, both of which were partially destroyed. In total, 10 more private houses, a car, a shop and gas pipelines were damaged after the impact.
The office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine clarified that after the strike, a pre-trial investigation is underway into “violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).” They confirmed that a two-year-old child was killed, 22 people were injured, including five children aged 6 to 17 years.
Dnipro and the Dnipropetrovsk region are among the regions that have regularly come under fire from Russian troops since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. So, on the night of May 26, Russia fired 17 missiles and 31 drones on the territory of Ukraine, including along the Dnieper. As a result, a hospital was destroyed in Dnipro, two people were killed , and 32 more were injured.
