The Russian Volunteer Corps, fighting on the side of Ukraine, has recorded a new video. In it, its commander, Denis Kapustin (Nikitin), said that the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, did not come to a meeting with representatives of the RDC in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, Shebekinsky district (RF).

Earlier, Kapustin called a personal meeting with Gladkov a condition for the transfer of two prisoners to the Russian side and showed them on video. One of them, 48-year-old Aleksey Belyaev from the town of Kashin, Tver region, was identified by his ex-wife and relatives, ASTRA reported.

The governor, after the publication of the first video by the RDK, recorded his response to it. In it, he called the "Russian Volunteer Corps" "scoundrels, scoundrels and fascists", expressed the hope that "they would all be destroyed" and offered to transfer the prisoners, if they had not yet been killed, to the Shebekino checkpoint.

In the new video, the RDK commander showed several more captured Russians, as well as those who participated in the previous video, showing that they were alive. In total, judging by the video, 13 people are in captivity, 3 of them are on couches in a serious condition. At the same time, Kapustin noted that the head of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, "found the courage" to agree to the terms of the Russian Volunteer Corps.

After the publication of the first video of the RDK, Prigozhin promised that if no one came to pick up the prisoners, he would send "one of his high-ranking deputies" and pick up the Russian military. He also announced his readiness to come personally if President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is present at the meeting.

However, judging by what Kapustin said, the prisoners will not be handed over to Prigogine. Accusing Gladkov of not controlling the situation in the region, the RDK commander promised to transfer the Russian military to the Ukrainian side. According to Kapustin, they will replenish the exchange fund.
