The Russian Defense Ministry said that on June 11 at 1:30 a.m., the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to attack the reconnaissance ship Priazovye of the Russian Navy, which ensures the “security” of the Turkish Stream and Blue Stream gas pipelines 300 kilometers southeast of Sevastopol.
The agency reports an "unsuccessful" attack attempt, in which six marine drones took part. According to him, all unmanned boats were destroyed by fire from the regular weapons of the "Priazovye", and the ship itself was not injured and continues to fulfill its "tasks."
On May 24, the Russian reconnaissance ship Ivan Khurs was attacked with the help of naval drones. The Ministry of Defense published a video of the defeat of one of them. On May 29, the department showed photographs of the ship's arrival at the port of Sevastopol, in which it was possible to see that it did not receive visible damage.
On March 23 and April 24, attempts were made to attack the bases of the Black Sea Fleet using similar unmanned boats. There is no evidence that they were able to achieve their goals.
