Yuri Zhdanov, the father of FBK director Ivan Zhdanov, was transferred to the ShIZO. Ivan Zhdanov himself announced this. Earlier, he said that a blade was placed in his father's pillowcase. Yuri found him and threw him away, but after that he was subjected to stricter conditions in the colony.
“Now there will be less opportunity to call, less parcels and opportunities to buy groceries,” Ivan Zhdanov explained. Shortly after that, he reported that his father had been sent to the ShIZO. For how long and on what basis – Zhdanov did not specify.
Zhdanov Sr. was formally convicted of fraud: he recommended the head of the village to provide a local resident with an apartment under a social contract, and later it became known that this family had already received a housing subsidy. He pleaded not guilty and insists that the persecution is connected with the activities of his son.
