The mobilized Yuri Degtyarev and Ivan Selivanov, who were detained right on the parade ground in the Belgorod region for “failure to comply with the order”, after interrogations were released to the unit in Voronezh under an obligation to appear before the investigator. On November 20, telegram channels published video detention of two servicemen in the Belgorod region who refused to go to the front. On the footage of the military, Selivanov and Degtyarev are summoned in turn to the investigator in front of the formation of soldiers on the parade ground, where the investigator says that on November 16, a criminal case was opened against the military for failure to comply with the order. As a result, the soldier detained the convoy and took it away in an unknown direction.
“Layout” found out that Selivanov and Degtyarev are defendants in a criminal case on non-execution of an order (Part 2.1 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code). The maximum penalty under this article is 3 years in prison. The case is handled by the military investigation department of the Voronezh region. As Yury Degtyarev told Layout, after interrogations, the mobilized were not arrested, but released to the military unit under the obligation to appear before the investigator.
“We were seconded to military unit 51025 in Shilovo in Voronezh for the duration of the investigation. I was at SVO from October 6 to October 27″– said Degtyarev. At the same time, the serviceman claims that he is ready to fight, but after a while. “I need to restore my health, assemble personnel, conduct training, combat coordination, solve personal problems and I will be ready to go to the NWO”, – said Degtyarev to Layout ..
He also added that despite the lack of combat experience (Degtyarev did military service 10 years ago), he was appointed deputy platoon commander due to a lack of personnel. Degtyarev explained to Layout that he wrote a report on refusing to leave for the NVO under the dictation of an officer, because “there was no other choice.”
