The former municipal deputy of the Timiryazevsky district, Yulia Galyamina, was given a warning about the possible replacement of a suspended sentence with a real one. Galyamina herself announced this on her Facebook page.
“Today I specially came from a half-day vacation to visit the Federal Penitentiary Service. This visit was unusual: I was presented with a written warning about the replacement of the probation with a real one. And also the Federal Penitentiary Service is suing to tighten the restrictions: what it will be is still unclear, but hardly something very terrible, ”Galyamin wrote.
In December 2020, Galyamina was sentenced to two years of probation under a criminal article for repeated violations of the procedure for organizing and participating in rallies. The prosecutor's office asked to send her to a colony for 3 years. The court also deprived Galyamin of the municipal mandate.
"Dadinsky" article appeared in 2014. It provides for criminal penalties for repeated violations of rallies, demonstrations, marches or pickets. The maximum term is five years.
