The Navalny Live team found out that the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, has an illegitimate son who works in the Constitutional Court. And in the presidential administration there were daughters of the head of the FSO, Dmitry Kochnev, and the former head of the Moscow Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Anatoly Yakunin.
Investigators claim that in 1989 a woman named Maria Revnova gave birth to a son, Boris, from Bastrykin. Now he works in the Constitutional Court as an adviser to the Office of the Constitutional Foundations of Public Law. Kochnev's daughter, 25-year-old Yulia, works in the Kremlin protocol service and receives three million rubles a year. She has an apartment in Moscow worth 25 million rubles. Kochnev's wife Marina Medvedeva is on the board of the petrochemical giant Sibur. In addition, through CJSC TPU Ozernaya, it invested at least 100 million rubles in the construction of a shopping complex near the Ozernaya metro station on the territory allocated by the Moscow City Hall.
Yakunin's daughter Ekaterina Artamonova heads the housing department of the Kremlin. She owns a Moscow apartment for 200 million rubles. Artamonova's husband Grigory is the owner of an apartment for 100 million, which he received from the state in 2017. Navalny Live claims that Ekaterina Artamonova was already working in the housing department at that time.
Mikhail Vyatkin, the younger brother of State Duma deputy Dmitry Vyatkin, holds the post of deputy head of the main presidential affairs department. The first deputy head of the administrative department is Pavel Fradkov (son of former Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov). Olga, the daughter of the former head of the GRU, Igor Sergun, holds the same position: she receives six million rubles a year and owns an apartment for $2 million.
